Island Strong Contracting. One contract covers the whole job, including the work our trade partners do.

Our crew and our trusted trade partners (subcontractors), working under our management and our schedule.

Licensed trade partners. In BC that work has to be done by qualified people employed by licensed contractors, and the licensed contractor pulls the permit.

We tell you which permits the job needs and who pulls each one, and we book inspections into the schedule.

Not a real one. Every house and every job is different, so we price the actual job after seeing it. If you share a rough budget, we can tell you early whether the job fits it.

Old houses hide things. Our quote says what could change once walls or floors open, and any change is priced and agreed in writing before the work is done.

Not at the moment. In BC, the company that contracts to build a new home must be a licensed residential builder with BC Housing.
