What we collect

What you type into our forms: the type of work, area, project description, timing, your rough budget if you give one, photos if you upload them, your name, email, phone if you give it, and postal code or site address. Our site also logs the date, time and IP address of a form submission.

Why we collect it

• To quote, schedule and manage your project.
• To email you about your quote and your job.
• To send occasional updates, only if you ticked the separate, optional box. You can unsubscribe any time.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

Who sees it

Island Strong, and only what each trade partner working on your job needs to do their part (for example, the site address and the scope for the electrician). Service providers that run our website and email: [CONFIRM WITH DEZMOND: hosting and email providers and the countries where data is stored]. We do not sell your information.

Your consent

We ask for your consent on the form. The marketing box is separate, optional and unticked. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep it

Your rights
